For 4 years I was stuck in the same reality, same relationship patterns, same financial ceiling β no matter how hard I worked or how much βinner workβ I did.
It honestly sucked. My gut was a mess, I was in a relationship with an avoidant guy who wasnβt choosing me, and my bank account was slowly draining month after month until I actually went into debt.
It wasnβt until a friend pointed out that I never allowed myself to simply just relax and do nothing when it hit me.
I was in survival mode. And I didnβt even realize it.
When youβre in survival mode, you cannot create your dream life because your body wonβt let you create more stress for itself. You cannot connect with your intuition or your subconscious mind because your monkey mind is running a 24/7 threat detection program.

Since that pivotal moment I became obsessed with nervous system regulation β specifically for the female nervous system, which is far more nuanced given we have a 3rd rhythm men donβt have (our infradian rhythm/cycle).
I decided I would devote 5β10 minutes every single day to healing my nervous system. Hereβs what happened:
