Terms & Conditions

By joining Cosmic Siren, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Guaranteed Results

Laura Marlene Niese (operating as Cosmic Siren) makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participating in the Cosmic Siren membership or any associated content, trainings, calls, or community. All information, teachings, strategies, and tools are provided for educational and developmental purposes only. Your results are determined by your individual effort, commitment, and implementation.

2. Membership Structure & Billing

Cosmic Siren is a month-to-month membership with no minimum term. Your card will be billed on the same date each month at your then-current rate, beginning on the date you join.

Founding member pricing, where applicable, locks in for the life of your active membership. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, rejoining at a later date may be subject to then-current pricing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time directly from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access through the remainder of the period you've already paid for. You will not be charged again after that date.

4. Refund Policy

5-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within your first 5 days of joining, you may request a full refund of your first payment, no questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of your original join date by emailing hello@lauraniese.com.

Outside of this 5-day window, all payments are final. No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for any billing period that has already begun, including for partial months, unused access, change of mind, lack of participation, perceived results, or personal circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All materials provided inside Cosmic Siren, including but not limited to lessons, meditations, worksheets, slides, and live call recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of Laura Marlene Niese.

Access is granted for your personal, individual use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or repurpose any part of the content without written consent.

Unauthorized use or distribution of membership content may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may result in further legal action.

6. Community Conduct

Cosmic Siren is a shared space for women moving through real personal work. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for harassment, illegal behavior, or violation of community standards.

7. Disclaimer

All information provided within Cosmic Siren is for educational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please consult a licensed professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laura Marlene Niese's total liability for any claim arising from your membership is limited to the amount you have paid in the billing period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any information shared within the private community space is confidential and should not be disclosed outside the program by other members.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

11. Acknowledgment

By joining Cosmic Siren, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
